- Click on “Add Profile”
- Click on “Add Profile”
- Fill out the form and click on “Update”
- Click on “Back”
- Select “Your Profile” from the drop down list
- Click on “Confirm Order”
- Click on “Finish Payment”
- Provide credit card information
- Click on “Submit”
